In an article in the US News “Should NCAA Athletes Be Paid?” the author discussed how the NCAA March Madness tournament that is broadcasted by CBS and other networks generates millions of dollars from people watching and attending the tournament and yet the athletes that play in the tournament see none of it. In whole the author says that the NCAA makes $6 billion annually.

The author also brings a good point up by debating on the opposite side that some players have career ending injuries just like Kevin Ware and also that maybe the college athletes should not be paid because they are getting a free education through scholarships at a very good college.
FUTURE RESEARCH: How much are the scholarships athletes get worth? Do the scholarships sufficiently compensate athletes? Are there any differences between sports or sizes of programs?
This was an interesting post and you made good points about March Madness. Next time just read over what you read to watch out for spelling and grammar mistakes.
