Briefly explain why you are interested in studying your topic: I've recently watched a show that builds houses for poor people who can barely afford to buy food for their children let alone afford a house and I was curious what would happen afterward when they can't afford the taxes that the house would create.
The overall question I plan on answering by the end of the project: To what extent should we help the poor/needy, should we take in consideration their financial state and if they can afford to maintain/pay taxes to what is given to them.
Sub questions I will need to answer in order to answer the overall question: How did these people get into the state they're in? Did they want to live this way(more humble).
My plan of research (what specific Library Databases, specific websites, names of authors, people, etc. will I pursue to find the answers to the questions above): ty pennington, Proquest, Pros and Cons, opposing viewpoints
