In the article titled, Program finds apartment homes for homeless in Eau Claire, they talked about how grateful the people they helped were but how long does this happiness last? Probably until they start to have to pay bills with money they don’t have or what was their drug money.

This is an interesting point Mary. Perhaps the people who create new houses for the people in Eu Claire should also provide a rehabilitation program, or help the people get back on the right track so they don't get stuck in their old habits or go back down the wrong path again.They should also not expect the poorer people to pay the bills of their new hosue and the designers should pay the difference of their old bills to the new bils os there no extra stress on the people for Eu Claire.
